Dll files Missing on Vista or XP ?

The next day it happened to my OS by a virus which just damage intreb.dll & when ever i start my OS the error was coming. I got fully annoyed. Started to search google whether i can find that particular file. For my luck i found a site called My-Dll. This site contains all Dlls of Windows 2000, XP & vista.
